Tai Chi Stick Health Preservation Exercises

One of the sets promoted by the World Health Qigong Federation, each of the exercises that comprise the Tai Chi Stick Health Preservation Exercises work the whole body internally and externally giving tremendous benefits to the mind and energy/blood channels therein.

Use of the Stick within the movements helps to correct postural alignments, stimulate acupoints, strengthen the body and the mind giving a unique sense of calmness after practice. Each one of the seven movements works every major energy channel in the body and is a complete workout on their own.

These Sunday classes are a chance to go deeper into the practice and work on linking the movements together.

Class numbers are kept low to facilitate good group and individual instruction.
