An Introduction to Tai Chi Stick Health Preservation Exercises (3 week term)

Each of the exercises that comprise the Tai Chi Stick set work the whole body internally and externally giving tremendous benefits to the mind and energy/blood channels therein.

Use of the Stick within the movements helps to correct postural alignments, stimulate acupoints, strengthen the body and calm the mind.

Every one of the seven movements from the Stick form works every major energy channel in the body and is a complete workout on their own and can be repeated on each side as many times as you like.

These 3 classes will be an introduction to the practice and mainly focus on the opening and first 3 movements
