Instructor training Terms and Conditions

  • There is a 14 day cooling off period where you can request a full refund (minus any online admin fees)
  • All monies received during or after the 14 day cooling off period has passed are non-refundable
  • Health questionnaire form must be filled out and completed before attending first workshop
  • If monthly payments stop then the instructors training up to that point will be deemed null and void and the individual will have to reapply and start the year long instructor training program from the beginning
  • Minimum of 25 hrs attendance at workshops within year of registration required to be eligible for qualification
  • 3 modules be completed at home based on online Instructor conferences to be eligible for qualification
  • Qualification is dependant on attendance and performance, the head instructors decision is final
  • West Way is in no way liable for any action taken against any instructor by any individual/institution
  • Qualified instructors are responsible for arranging their own public liability insurance
  • Qualified instructors are required to attend workshops in any discipline they are qualified in at least once a year from qualification date to keep their instructor certification valid
  • After being qualified for one year the instructor must pay an annual Instructor fee of €55 to keep their qualification validated
  • If any instructor is deemed to not be at a suitable standard to teach in any discipline they are qualified in then they will have to practice and provide evidence within 3 weeks that they have reached the previous standard that had enabled them to become qualified initially
  • West Way Tai Chi & Qigong is a limited entity independent of other organisations
