The foundations of the ancient Chen style practice of slow repeated movements strengthen and enhance the flow of energy around the body. They are the most accessible form of Tai Chi that give the quickest body and mind health benefits. All the exercises are done from a standing position and suit every person’s individual frame and range of movement. Suitable for beginners and those whom wish to refine their practice.
Next one is being held in the Auburn Lodge, Ennis on Saturday 19th September 2020, 10am-12.30pm. It costs €30 pp for the Tai Chi on it’s own or €50 pp if you are also attending the afternoon session (2pm-4.30pm)
